Ta-da! Here are my new appliances. Yes, I even made a gourmet frozen pizza for the family! There is obviously a lot more work to do. We will be getting a free standing cabinet that will sit in place of the old wall oven. I love the micro above the stove. This gives me sooo much more counterspace!
Ok, I have never been more in love with an appliance than I am right now with this dishwasher. I've been spoiled by having one at the last 3 places we've lived and I haven't exactly enjoyed washing dishes for the past 4 months. But it builds character, right? (That's what my friend Brittni tells me!)

I must admit that I cannot wait to FINALLY have a dishwasher at the parsonage. I am sure it will be a favorite of mine too!

Can you believe, I grew up with a dishwasher since I was in third grade and my mom still doesn't use it!! She only wipes the dust off of it and busts it out for big famiily affairs where there is just a massive amount of dishes to be done. She says it is faster to wash them by hand. I say, that i like the feeling of after dinner throwing the dishes in the dishwasher so that you don't have to look at them and have the technology of today wipe away the grime! I'm with you . . . it is one of my favorite appliances (next to my new fridge!)!
Your kitchen is so cute! I love green, red, and yellow! The microwave above the oven is a really great feature! Your decorating is such a reflection of your adorable personality :)... can't wait to see the rest of your place!
