These pics are pretty bad, but I was so thrilled to find these cool old S&H stamps under the old wall oven in my kitchen. There was also a yucky OLD mouse nest also, but I didn't take a pic of it. I hope the inhabitants are long gone! I can't wait to display these in a collage, use them as magnets, and decoupage them onto the clock I'm going to make soon. It's so fun to find treasures!

That is a neat find. I've been doing lots of "junking" lately...inspired by all of my blog surfing :) Who would have thought that old S&H stamps would be so cool? I remember my grandma having books of them.
How cool to find something probably original to the house! Upon tearing down a wall in the basement John found a hidden room! But, no treasures!! Hey, if you do a lot with old stamps or would like more...we have BOXES of them! Like probable hundreds (if not thousands) of old stamps. John collects valuable ones and someone was getting rid of their collection (not valuable, but cool) so we have a ton. There are some cute art projects I have been wanting to do with them, but goodness, not that many!!! Let me know if you're interested & I'll send some your way!!!!!
