Surprise!

Aaron didn't know that any of his friends were coming to the wedding so our flight arrived first in Ft. Lauderdale and we (John and Jennifer Tittle, Mark Stamper, and Jason and I) had to hid behind this little wall at baggage clain while we waited for all the others to arrive from Portland. It was very funny! I'm surprised that security didn't escort us right out of there! It was 12:00 at night and we were all a little crazy. The surprise worked out great. Aaron and Nina never suspected anything!

Congratulations Aaron and Nina!

Several months ago we were invited to the wedding of our friend Aaron. He informed us that he'd be getting married on the beach in the Bahamas and then we had a good laugh and thought, "that would be nice" (NEVER intending to go to the Bahamas)! However, Aaron's mom arranged for Aaron's closest friends to be able to go to the wedding which took place on Tuesday of a 5 day Royal Carribean cruise. Wow!!! The best part was that the whole thing was a huge surprise! Aaron and Nina looked so great and we got some beautiful pictures of their perfect day in paradise! We had such a great vacation (without the kids) and I'll be posting more pictures of our trip over the next few weeks.

Grandparetns Gifts????

I would love to hear everyone's great Christmas gift ideas for the grandparents this year. Our kids have 4 sets of great-grandparents and 2 sets of grandparents. I've done the home-made handprint things before, and picture calendars. So, just what do you get people who mean so much to you, but don't really need anything? Is this an issue at everyone's house every year or do I not plan ahead and then get panicked at the last minute?
