Baked Chicken Fingers Italiano

This is one of our favorites.

3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 c olive oil

Combine dry ingredients. Pound chicken to flatten and cut into strips. Dip in oil first and then dry mixture. Bake on shallow baking sheet. Serve with marinara or bbq sauce. 500 degress. 10 min.
