Thanks for Praying

Justin was released from the hospital today! The diagnosis is that there seems to have been some sort of strep infection that attacked his kidneys causing the heart valves to leak and the fluid build up (which in a normal person is 100 and when Justin went in to the hospital on Mon pm was up to 700!). Justin would have experienced heart failure had he not gone in when he did. We're praising the Lord that he went in and the doctors caught the problem. They took a biopsy of his kidney yesterday. Unless there is something very alarming going on there, they believe that his body is healing itself. He'll have to go back in 2-3 weeks for an eceocartiogram to monitor the heart, but the doctors are hopeful that with REST (JUSTIN--- TAKE IT EASY!!!! NO ROCK CLIMBING!!!) his heart will be fine. Thank you for all the prayers.

WOW~~~sounds intense! Praise the Lord for pain & symptoms to clue us in with what is going on inside. You must be so relieved that he went in when he did. Is your mom still up with you or was she back home for this whole thing?? Thanks for sharing the good news! Rock Climbing would definitely NOT be on the "rest" to-do list!!!!

Beth~~~something I want to pass on. I found this fabulous blogger: artsymama.blogspot.com. She is great & is featured in an up&coming blogging magazine. She is holding an Arful Blogging Party on wed. aug. 8th. This is where anyone can participate by doing there own "craft" and posting it on their blog. She lists everyone's links on her blog & you get to see tons of great ideas around the world! She did a tea party one I saw (too late to participate in) and it was phenomonal!!! Just wanted you to know. If anything, to check it out. I know crafting must be the furthest thing from your life right now. I think I am going to try to post something I have already done. I'll see. She is also going to be at the JUNK BONANZA out your way. I thought I remembered you mentioning that before. Anyway...sorry so long. :)
