This sure brings back memories! Remember how much fun it was to lick the beater? I would make it last for about an hour and the thing would be sparkly clean when I was finished. Jonas was helping me make daddy's chocolate birthday cake. At first he thought a plain chocolate cake sounded pretty boring. "Why doesn't daddy want to have lion cupcakes like my birthday?" he wanted to know, but after finishing the licking he agreed that chocolate cake sure is yummy!

Hi Beth! Yummy! I still lick the beaters :) Jonas has gotten so big! The last I saw him, he was a little newborn :) I hope that Jason has a great birthday!

I get to lick the other beater! I'm sure soon though Ella will figure out that she should have one too! What will I do then? Oh the sacrifices of motherhood!!!!

Hey! Ella is such a cute name. It has that southern charm to it :) Way to not forget your roots! Yes, we are surrounded by boxes right now. It's 8:00 a.m. and I just gave our child a Dora fruit snack for breakfast-- oh boy-- the things you do when you are on the move :) That's great that you might go on staff at the church. Is Jason finishing up seminary? I'm glad to be back in touch with you! Take care!

Leah, I don't know how to blog yet. Do I answer you on your blog or mine or e-mail? Well, Ella is just a name I heard and liked a few years ago. Her middle name is Caroline which I love together. Recently I've heard the name Ella a lot though. Oh, well. Can't be original all the time! Chastity Gomez has twins about 2 yrs. old I guess and another on the way. She's going to name the new baby Ella. I don't know if you keep in touch with her.

Jason is in his fifth year at Central and Lord willing his final. We will be on staff mid October we're guessing. So he'll finish up this semester and then only have 3 or 4 credits next sememster.

It's so exciting to FINALLY be able to focus on ministery after school, school, school!
